Bill was a genetic defect, being born with one single large eye, and this along with being fairly small resulted in him being constantly tormented and forced into drone work. This would break him eventually and Bill would go about destroying Irk entirely as revenge. He'd then travel to the farthest part of the galaxy where he'd accidentally stumble upon Earth and seek to turn it into his new home and more importantly be the one in charge of it.

Tom showed great promise as an irken invader as well as a military scientist but all that pressure to succeed would eventually get to him and he'd abandon his post to coast across the stars instead. He's still a prick though who thinks highly of himself and will torment people for kicks though thankfully doesn't do much else besides that.

Kimiko is very determined and headstrong to prove herself to her people, especially since Rai and Clay are immediately looked upon more favorably compared to her and Omi due to their heights. This makes her very aggressive and a willingness to get her hands dirty. She also has a noticeable interest in fire which compels her to create gadgets that allow her to control it. She does have a friendship with her fellow Invaders Rai, Clay, and Omi and they often work together to secure a targeted planet.

Given her tall height Saranoia lives a pretty good life as the position just below the Almighty Tallest, probably an advisor of some kind. However, she hates the current Tallest with how utterly lazy they are when it comes to their current rulership or more accurately the lack of. Would definitely try and get rid of them in some manner without being found out so she could hopefully transition into being the next Tallest and take over.

Ruby's been an outcast due to her level of compassion she's willing to show which eventually led her to being labeled as defective. She thankfully escaped and managed to drift through space until reaching Earth and settling there. She's very engrossed into Earth culture and wants to learn everything about it both out of curiosity sake and so she can better adapt to living among humans. Though she is rather afraid of people finding out about her and not taking kindly to her.

One question though: One of the dates the not-quite-but-very-much-so lovebirds have set is swimming in Chiontar. Does it mean in this particular continuity Astarion is not affected by flowing water or was it Tav the one to soak while he stayed ashore appreciating the view? love when men cry about body hair bc "it's hygiene" and yet 15% of cis men leave the bathroom without washing their hands at all and an additional 35% only just wet their hands without using soap. that is nearly half of all men. that means statistically you have probably shaken hands with or been in direct contact with one of these people.

love when men say that women "only want money" when it turns out that even in equal-earning homes, women are actually adding caregiver burdens and housework from previous years, whereas men have been expanding leisure time and hobbies. in equal-earning households, men spend an average of 3.5 hours extra in leisure time per week, which is 182 hours per year - a little over a week of paid vacation time that the other partner does not receive. kinda sounds like he wants her money.

love that men have decided women are frail and weak and annoying when we scream in surprise but it turns out it's actually women who are more reliable in an emergency because men need to be convinced to actually take action and respond to the threat. like, actually, for-real: men experience such a strong sense of pride about their pre-supposed abilities that it gets them and their families killed. they are so used to dismissing women that it literally kills them.

love it. told my father this and he said there's lies, damned lies, and statistics. a year ago i tried to get him to evacuate the house during a flash flood. he ignored me and got injured. he has told me, laughing, that he never washes his hands. he has said in the last week that women are just happier when we're cooking or cleaning.

maybe i'm overly nostalgic. but it didn't used to feel so fucking bleak. it used to feel like at least a little shameful to consider women to be sheep. it just feels like the earth is round and we are still having conversations about it being flat - except these conversations are about the most obvious forms of patriarchy. like, we know about this stuff. we've known since well before the 50's.

recently andrew tate tried to justify cheating on his partner as being the "male prerogative." i don't know what the prerogative for the rest of us would be. just sitting at home, watching the slow erosion of our humanity.

I firmly believe wearing a helmet for your whole life is no reason to not style yourself like you want, so let Din have a mustache if he wants™!, but also I like to think he looks at himself on the mirror and can’t help but think of his dad :’) so he keeps the mustache.
